2. AI Usage Terms
AI for Document Processing
- AI assists with data extraction (OCR, NLP, Classification)
- AI outputs must be reviewed by users
- Softnix does not guarantee 100% accuracy in data extraction
Document Data
- Uploaded documents remain customer property
- Document data is not used to train models
- Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit
