SoftnixClaw is a Personal AI Agent for systematically collecting and managing data from online sources.
2. Usage Terms
Permitted Usage
- Collecting data from publicly accessible sources
- Collecting data from sources the customer has authorized access to
- Business purposes that comply with applicable laws
Restrictions
- Crawling websites that disallow crawling via robots.txt is prohibited
- Collecting personal data without PDPA authorization is prohibited
- Usage that causes DDoS or excessive load on target websites is prohibited
- Customer is fully responsible for compliance with laws and target website terms
Liability
- Softnix provides the tool only; not responsible for customer's usage methods
- Customer must verify their right to collect data independently
